Återbetalningspolicy

As we are selling live plants classed as perishable goods for collection only, please inspect your plants on receipt, as all sales are final and we do not normally offer refunds. 

All our plants are grown sustainably, with love and without any chemicals or pesticides etc. Any fertilizers used are natural and generally made by us from plants or worm castings etc.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your plant order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong plant, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special orders or gift cards.

Exchanges
If for any reason you'd like to exchange your plant(s) please contact to discuss this. Please note we cannot exchange or refund special orders or plants ordered in or grown specially for you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped or collected into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your plant must be in the same condition that you received it, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
In the event a refund is agreed we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, ( it is your responsibility to organize any returns and ONLY if discussed and agreed with us in advance). We let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
